In the Vinnitsa region, the sowing campaign of early ardent grain is in full swing. Now the central regions of the region seized their initiative.
A week earlier, allotted area in the farm of the village of Velikaya Kosnitsa, Yampolsky district, was sown with barley. As soon as the weather allowed, the equipment was immediately taken to the fields. True, this year the farm reduced the area under barley by 20 hectares. This spring, barley was sown on 40 hectares. Reduced the area under the peas, which in 2018 brought the economy the greatest damage. Last summer, the plants stopped growing at a height of 20 cm. They did not have enough moisture for further development, says Nikolai Sharko, farm manager.
Under the alfalfa, 30 hectares were allocated on the farm. Here she is taken care of no less than cereals. The farm is not only engaged in the cultivation of cultivated plants, but also has a small livestock. Alfalfa provides him with the necessary food, explains Nikolai Sharko.
The head of another agricultural enterprise "Pisarevskoye" Vitaly Vit reports that the sowing company began with peas. The land is well-moistened, so farmers are in a hurry with sowing. It is not known what the weather will be next. In general, in Pisarevsky they prefer to grow winter crops. Only peas are cultivated here, except peas, but it is too early to sow it. The early ardent grains were also sown in Lipovetsky district, which is located in the center of Vinnitsa region. The first to start spring field work at the Lahn farm, said Nataliya Buga, a specialist in the Lipovetsky district department of agro-industrial development.
