The Moscow region really appreciates its agricultural strength and confidently marks the leaders in cheese production throughout Russia. The volume of cheese making allows the region to set such ambitious goals.

In particular, local cheese makers are already fully prepared to launch a cheese cluster in the Dmitrov district. On the territory of this cluster will be built about seven enterprises for the production of cheese of different varieties. According to preliminary forecasts, employees of these cheese factories will be able to provide the market with twenty thousand tons of products annually. Such production volumes indicate that Moscow Region will indeed become a real Cheese kingdom against the background of other regions of the Russian Federation.

It is noteworthy that the authorities of the Moscow region actively support far-reaching plans and rational ideas of local farmers and employees of various agricultural sectors.
