CJSC Novgorod-Seversky cheese factory plans to increase the percentage of products with a long sales period, due to which to increase export deliveries.

This is stated in the annual report of the company. Today, the cheese factory exports its products to Moldova and Azerbaijan.

Last year, the company produced 10.4 thousand tons of milk in the amount of 8 million 160 thousand UAH, hard cheese - 2.74 thousand UAH, butter - 355 tons in the amount of 30 million 520 thousand UAH.

The net profit of the Novgorod-Seversky cheese factory in 2018 decreased by 29.5% compared to 2017 - up to UAH 7 million. Net income grew by 30.1% - up to 443 million 320 thousand UAH.

The gross profit of the company in 2018 increased by 12.2% - up to 57 million 20 thousand UAH, while operating profit decreased by 11% - up to 13 million 220 thousand UAH. The company buys 70 percent of the milk for cheese production on farms where cows undergo regular veterinary checks. To produce products, the cheese factory buys high-quality sourdough directly from Denmark. Therefore, cheeses have a rich taste and aroma, as well as a dense structure.
