Then pure champignons must be cut into quarters, and especially large specimens into 8 parts.

- Lubricate the form in which the product is to be baked with a thin layer of vegetable oil.
- Put prepared mushrooms there. Place the mushroom dish in an oven warmed up to 220 ° C and bake them for a quarter of an hour.
- To prepare sour cream sauce, combine sour cream, chopped garlic, corn starch and 100 g of grated cheese. Stir the resulting cheese and sour cream and garlic sauce and add (to taste) table salt and ground black pepper.
- Combine the remaining 50 g of grated cheese with breadcrumbs.
- Remove the pre-baked mushrooms from the oven. Place the cheese and cream sauce on top of them.
- Sprinkle it with dried Italian herbs.
- Top with a layer of a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Place the dish with the dish back into the oven for about 10 minutes.
