Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Irina Sadovskaya named 3 regions of the country that most attract raiders.

The largest number of raider attacks was recorded in Odessa, Nikolaev and Vinnitsa regions. In these areas, agriculture makes up an impressive share of the region’s economy and the most common abuse here is doubling of lease agreements.

Doubling leases is when there are 2 leases per plot. In this case, there are fake court decisions, illegal registration cancellation. There are frequent cases of blocking the exit of equipment to the fields, collecting someone else's crop, twisting the land and cadastral lists, said Irina Sadovskaya.

In a raider attack, the victim must file a complaint with the regional administration, the field of which gathers representatives of all bodies. As a rule, this is carried out quickly - from 1 day to a week.

If the problem cannot be resolved locally, the victim can file a complaint with the State Registration Complaints Commission under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

The complaint must be reviewed within 30 days. If necessary, this period can be continued up to 45 days.
