Employees of the greenhouse complexes of the Krasnodar Territory demonstrate high rates in the harvesting process of various fruit and vegetable crops.

It is known that from the first days of this year until the present moment, the Kuban “greenhouse” harvested at least thirty-five thousand tons of fresh agricultural produce grown in closed ground.

Among the leaders of greenhouse production, one can distinguish agrarians of such regions as: Timashevsky, Dinsky and Belorechensky. Such information was shared by employees of the statistics department at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

It is also reported that today in the Krasnodar Territory, planting of vegetables and other crops in open ground continues.

To implement the plan for planting vegetables planned for 2019, the regional authorities allocated at least thirty thousand hectares of land to farmers. Of these, slightly less than half is reserved for growing green peas. And on five hectares, corn will be grown.

It will not be superfluous to note that, based on statistics, every year every resident of the Krasnodar Territory on average consumes about 137 kilograms of vegetable products.
