Not stopping there, the enterprise complained to the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region, where the requirements were declared invalid.

In response to this, the Rosselkhoznadzor complained to the Seventeenth Arbitration Court of Appeal, where the decision was canceled. After the poultry farm began to search for truth in the Arbitration Court of the Ural District, the claims were also recognized as legitimate.

The decision was confirmed by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. Currently, the decision has entered into force.
