1.2 thousand m² of living space is being built for families of Moscow region agrarians living and working in the village, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Moscow Region said in a statement.
In order to attract and secure good specialists in the agro-industrial complex, it was decided to provide them with convenient and affordable housing. This includes 814 m² designed for young professionals and young families.
Last year, 48 million rubles were allocated for the implementation of this project.
Until 2021, another 14 enterprises are expected to appear in the Moscow Region, which will open 5,000 new jobs.
24 families of specialists working in the regional sector of the agro-industrial complex will be able to get housing, said Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region Andrei Razin.
The program can be attended by both workers from 35 and youth under 35 who work in rural areas, graduate students of vocational schools or universities who have entered into agreements with employers. An important condition for obtaining residential square meters is the desire to live and work all the time in a village on the lands of the Moscow Region.
Social benefits cover 70% of the price of housing. 30% of the employee must pay independently, said Andrei Razin.
Payments have already covered nine districts: Dmitrovsky, Ramensky, Sergiev Posad districts, Serpukhov, Domodedovo, Zaraysk, Lukhovitsy, Stupino and Shakhovskaya.
