The village of Dubki, located in the Yaroslavl region, gained notoriety - a real cemetery of chicken carcasses was discovered near the village. It is reported that the corpses of the unfortunate birds were brought to the village by employees of a nearby poultry farm.

It is known that poultry carcasses are dumped in huge quantities on the lands where the production departments of the very poultry farm were previously located. The territory where today there is a huge gathering of dead chickens is open, stray animals and crows can fly into it with ease.

Now the workshop where chicken carcasses are processed into meat and bone meal is closed in connection with the repair work. According to state standards, bird corpses for the period of repair should be placed in special, airtight containers intended for this type of storage. After filling, these containers must be disposed of in accordance with the established standards, the relevant sanitary rules.

At the moment, employees of district vetstations and representatives of the regional environmental prosecutor’s office are investigating the incident.
