Farmers of the Krasnodar Territory have an excellent reason for pride - they managed to grind an impressive amount of wheat in the shortest possible time. It is about one million tons.

Such information was shared in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, noting also that from the first days of the regional harvesting campaign, grain growers managed to collect at least two million grain in total.

It should also be noted that the barley yield indicator amounted to over sixty-six centners from one Krasnodar hectare. And the volume of wheat harvest on average exceeds sixty-three centners per hectare.

Among the leaders of the harvesting process, one can safely distinguish the Vyselkovsky district. Following him, Timashevsky agrarians, as well as workers from the Korenovsky district and the administrative center of Krasnodar, are among the forwards. In all these regions, yields averaged sixty-eight centners per hectare.

It is known that barley harvesting in the vast expanses of the region is completed by ninety-five percent. At the same time, more than eight hundred and eighty thousand tons of barley grain were threshed.

In the remaining period of the grain harvesting process, Krasnodar grain growers intend to cultivate over one million seven hundred thousand hectares of agricultural land, which are sown not only with ears of grain, but also with leguminous crops.
