The first in Ukraine line of automatic sowing of seeds of tree species was opened on the territory of the state enterprise "Slavutsk Forestry". This is a unique experience, no one has used this technology here yet, but everyone is dreaming about it, says Viktor Sapozhnik, director of the Slavut forestry department.

Foresters spied on this innovation in Poland. It has been used there for several years. It was immediately decided to try the technology in Ukraine. In autumn, a similar line will open in the Lviv region.
The Slavutsky Forestry believes that the use of an automated line is an investment in the future. Planting material will now be of the highest quality.
The new line is designed to grow 500 thousand seedlings with a closed root system. In the future, they plan to expand it and provide planting material for the entire region.
