Over time, no particular changes have occurred, in fact - this is a combination of various products with each other by quenching. - Mushrooms are cut medium-sized.
- Cut the potato into medium sized pieces. Cook the vegetable, or rather stew until tender in a small amount of salted water (so that in the finished dish the potatoes were non-watery).
- Chop the onion (the form of slicing is optional), fry until transparent. Add carrots, grated, and after 5 minutes, chopped pepper. After 3-4 minutes, put the diced tomato to the vegetables. In total, 15 minutes are given for frying vegetables.
- Separate mushrooms until cooked. Usually it is 5-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slices, whole - fried for about 20 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, all vegetables need to be salt, pepper and add spices to taste. Mix potatoes, mushrooms and other vegetables. Serve the stew hot.
