Pink salmon is the main ingredient in many dishes that are cooked on the stove and in the oven. To make the pulp of the finished fish juicy and tender, the product can be baked in an air grill. Selection and preparation of ingredients

Important! It is recommended to defrost frozen pink salmon in a refrigerator or at room temperature before cooking. If this procedure is carried out in warm water or a microwave, the flesh of the fish will fall apart.

- the carcass should be with the head, tail and whole skin;

Recipe for making pink salmon in an air grill

Nutritional value per 100 g:
- Rinse vegetables, peel bulbs. Cut the onion into thin half rings, and the tomato into small slices. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
- Rinse fish, remove entrails. Cut off the head, fins and tail.
- Cut the carcass across into small steaks 2-3 cm thick.
- Put slices in a single layer on a wide and flat plate. It is good to coat them on both sides with a brush dipped in vegetable oil to make the dish more juicy.
- Salt and pepper pieces of fish on both sides (to taste). Put them on the air grill grate close to each other. Close the appliance lid, set the temperature to about + 180 ° С. Fry steaks for 15 minutes.
- Put onion slices on hot fish slices, placing them as tightly as possible to each other.
- Arrange tomato slices on top of onions. Salt a little layer of vegetables.
- Put grated cheese on tomatoes. Abundantly coat it with mayonnaise on top, laying out about one spoon for each piece.
- Cover the air grill. Cook the fish for another 20–25 minutes until the crust appears on top.
