- 1 kg of beef tenderloin;
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard;
- 2 tbsp. l melted butter;
- 0.5 hours smoked paprika;

And for making homemade mayonnaise, stock up on the following components:
- 300 ml of refined vegetable oil;
- 1 chicken egg;
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard;
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar;
- 1 hour sugar, salt and smoked paprika.
